Do I need to create an account to send a fax?

No registration

There is no account to create, no password to remember and no payment method to provide. You arrive on the home page, drop in your document and send it: each send is independent.

What is requested, and why

Your name and the recipient's, the subject of the fax, the country and fax number, and your email address. The names and subject appear on the transmission receipt; the email is used to send you the acknowledgment of your request and the link to track the send.

Tracking a send without an account

Each send gets a unique tracking link, shown after confirmation and sent by email. The link gives access to the fax status and, once the send has succeeded, to the PDF transmission receipt. Keep it: it takes the place of a customer account.
