No. Sending a fax requires no registration and no password. Only your name and an email address are required: the email is used to send you the tracking link. A one-page fax needs no payment method; only documents of two pages or more (€3.99 incl. VAT) and the optional acknowledgments of receipt are paid.

What is requested, and why
Your name and the recipient's, the subject of the fax, the country and fax number, and your email address. The names and subject appear on the acknowledgments of receipt; the email is used to send you the link to track the send and, if you take the option, your acknowledgments.
Tracking a send without an account
Each send gets a unique tracking link, shown after confirmation and sent by email. The link gives access to the fax status and, if you took the option, to your PDF acknowledgments of receipt. Keep it: it takes the place of a customer account.
