Every fax sent from our platform is completely free, whatever the number of faxes or pages. MondialFax will never ask you to pay anything: the entire site is free, with no hidden catch.
What exactly is free
Sending a fax is free from start to finish: uploading the document, transmitting it to the recipient's number, tracking its status in real time and the PDF transmission receipt. There is no subscription, no credit to buy and no paid option to “speed up” a send.
No payment method is requested at any point, and you do not need to create an account: the service could not charge you even if it wanted to.
The limits that apply
Free sending comes with a few simple rules: each send covers one PDF document of up to 5 pages and 10 MB, to one of the seven destinations served (France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Canada). A longer document can be split and sent in several parts.
A short countdown precedes each confirmation: it shares out access to the phone lines between users and protects the service against automated sending.
Sending is not receiving
MondialFax sends faxes; it does not receive them. Receiving requires a fax number permanently reserved for one person, which has a cost: that is why reception services are almost all paid for, whereas sending can be free.
